Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly take any unused, unwashed goods in its original packaging for a refund or exchange within a day of purchase.
Please return products with a copy of the invoice and a note explaining why you are returning the items.
The customer is responsible for returning the items to our address by traceable delivery, such as courier or registered post.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
After receiving the returned items, refund claims will be handled within 4 working days.

Shipping Details
• Customers may get free shipping on items worth Rs. 3,000 or more.
• Orders under Rs. 3,000 will incur normal shipping charges of Rs. 199.
The parcel will be delivered by a courier service.
Due to security concerns, customers are required to pay before getting their parcel.
Customers are encouraged not to accept any opened/damaged items and to simply refuse them upon arrival.
Orders placed by 04:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service & we will provide you a tracking ID that will enable you to trace your order online.
Orders received after 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day.
Orders received on Sundays and national holidays in Pakistan will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
Delivery time is usually 2 working days (No Delivery on Sunday) in all cities across Pakistan. However, delivery can take up to 4-5 days if in a remote location or village.
Orders may be delayed during Sale days or promotions, however, we will notify you if this occurs.
We do offer our customers nominated day delivery, simply choose a day that suits you and we’ll deliver your order on that day.

How will we deliver your order?
Your order will be delivered to you by Registered Courier Service to the address you specified in your order as the ship to address. When you place a Cash on Delivery order, the courier will take the money from you in cash when he delivers the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will normally arrive at your door between 2 and 4 working days after you place it. During the hectic holiday season or during our big sales events, however, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Can I open the cash on the delivery parcel before making payment to the courier first?
No. You cannot open the package until you have paid the courier. We provide a 1-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on anything we sell. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us for a refund (minus shipping expenses) or an exchange voucher.
